Presage Insights builds industrial reliability and asset-performance solutions that help organizations improve equipment availability, reduce unplanned downtime, optimize maintenance costs, and make better operational decisions.

We are looking for a Service Engineer with 1–4 years of experience in industrial field service, automation, or instrumentation. The role involves traveling independently to customer plant sites across Gujarat's central and south belt (Vadodara, Baruch, Ankleshwar, Vapi, Surat, Ahmedabad) to install, cable, and configure Presage's IoT vibration-monitoring sensors, verify connectivity to the cloud platform, and handle post-deployment service calls. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in industrial B2B environments and capable of handling technical field activities independently.

Visit customer industrial plant sites across Gujarat for installation, commissioning, and service activities.

Physically install, cable, and configure IoT sensors onto industrial machinery.

Verify sensor connectivity to the Presage cloud platform and validate system readings.

Address post-deployment service calls — diagnose and resolve sensor disconnections and field-level issues.

Coordinate with the Noida-based engineering and support team for technical escalations.

Maintain service reports, installation records, and technical documentation.





Communicate customer feedback and field observations to internal teams.

Hands-on field installation and commissioning experience at industrial customer sites — has physically visited industrial plant sites to install, cable, and configure equipment.

Work history in industrial or manufacturing environments; background in telecom, consumer electronics, or home appliances does not qualify.

Gujarati fluency (spoken) and working Hindi — required for daily coordination with plant maintenance teams, operations staff, and customers.

Experience working in chemicals, petrochemicals, or pharmaceutical process plant environments — particularly the Ankleshwar, Dahej, Vapi, or Vadodara belt.

Prior exposure to industrial IoT sensors, vibration monitoring, condition monitoring, or asset reliability systems.

Travel allowance (AC 3-tier/2-tier train, AC bus, or flight for inter-city travel) and daily TA/DA for food when on-site.
