The Business Analyst serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and business teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements and driving data-informed decision-making. Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights

Perform root cause analysis to address business challenges

Map end-to-end business processes and identify optimization opportunities

Act as the primary liaison between business teams, Stakeholders and leadership

Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders with clarity Basic Qualifications

- 1+ years of data analytics or automation experience
- 1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
- Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar

Experience in data analytics or automation
