Credence Strategies is looking for a confident, customer-focused, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role combines customer service, outbound cold calling, lead generation, and business development within the real estate and property management sector.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves building customer relationships, following up with prospects, and supporting the company's business growth through effective communication and consistent outreach.

Customer Service & Query Handling: Handle customer enquiries professionally, understand client requirements, provide relevant information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers, property owners, tenants, and potential business clients to generate leads and explore new opportunities.
Identify potential clients, introduce Credence Strategies' real estate and property management services, and help acquire new customers and business partnerships.
Service Pitching: Explain the company's offerings, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable property management, rental,



and real estate solutions.
Database & Record Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer enquiries, lead status, follow-ups, and client interactions using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
Target Achievement: Work towards assigned calling, lead generation, customer engagement, and business development targets.

Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, tele-sales, inside sales, or business development are welcome to apply.
Language Skills: Fluency in spoken Tamil is mandatory. Basic English communication skills are preferred.
Calling Confidence: Comfortable making cold calls, initiating conversations with new prospects, and handling customer objections professionally.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with spreadsheets, calling tools, or CRM software.
Monthly salary of 15,000 – 18,000, based on skills and experience.
