The Technical Recruiter – US & Canada is a full time, remote role based in India.



This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions across the US and Canada markets, from intake meetings and sourcing through interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

Include partnering with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand technical requirements, building and maintaining talent pipelines, and using multiple sourcing channels and tools to identify qualified candidates.
The Technical Recruiter will screen and assess candidates for both technical and behavioral fit, provide timely feedback, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience.
The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment data, contributing to market insights and hiring strategies, and collaborating with delivery teams to meet service levels and hiring targets.

Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
Experience recruiting for technology domains such as software engineering, CRM/ERP (SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce etc) cloud, data, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and digital transformation is highly beneficial.
Prior experience working with US and Canada clients or within those markets, including familiarity with time zones and hiring practices, is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
