Grow Your Staff is hiring a Project Manager to support a Houston-based operations and technology consulting firm. The position is a full-time, remote prospect. The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the US .

Experience required: 4-6 years
Time: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (Monday - Friday)
Salary: INR 15-20 LPA

Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects from initiation through implementation and delivery.
Work directly with international clients to understand project objectives, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate project timelines, priorities, and deliverables between clients and technical teams to ensure projects progress as planned.
Create and maintain project plans, task lists, schedules, and documentation using tools such as Notion, Jira, or similar platforms.
Work closely with developers and technical teams to break down client requirements into actionable tasks or tickets and track their progress.
Monitor project progress, dependencies, deadlines, and deliverables across ongoing projects.
Identify potential risks, blockers, and delays, and communicate them proactively to relevant stakeholders.
Conduct project meetings, track action items,



and follow up on pending tasks to maintain project momentum.
Ensure clear communication between clients and technical teams, keeping project expectations, priorities, and deliverables aligned.
Maintain project documentation, status reports, and updates on milestones and overall progress.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in technical project management.
- Proven experience managing technology or software development projects and coordinating project delivery from initiation to completion.
- Experience working with international clients (US-based) and coordinating timelines, priorities, and deliverables between clients and technical teams.
- Experience managing project timelines, tasks, and deliverables using tools such as Notion, Jira, or similar project management platforms.
- Hands-on experience working with developers and technical teams, including breaking down requirements into tickets, assigning or coordinating tasks, and tracking progress.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Zoho as project technologies is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, task tracking, risk management, and project documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and coordinate effectively with remote teams.
