Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact and welcome new students, ensuring a smooth, positive start to their journey with us.
Conduct a complete walkthrough of the learning module, highlighting key features and the steps they'll follow through their journey.
Conduct visualization sessions to deepen clarity, motivation, and commitment.
Understand student goals, learning preferences, and expectations to personalize the onboarding journey
Conduct 7-day progress review and feedback sessions to ensure retention, clarity, and motivation
Engage students through impactful conversations that build trust and emotional connection
Maintain onboarding reports, follow-ups,
and track student engagement patterns
Skills and Attributes:
- 2-8 years of relevant experience in Onboarding, Counselling, Teaching or related roles.
- Excellent command over Hindi communication and presentation
- Robust ability to lead conversations and keep the audience engaged
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- High emotional intelligence to make students feel valued, supported, and motivated
- Positive attitude, patience, and a student-first approach
