As a Digital Marketing Executive at Hash Connect, you will plan and run digital campaigns for the brands we work with across search, social, email and SMS. A key part of the role is local discovery: managing Google Business Profiles (GMB) and local SEO so that our clients' stores are easy for nearby customers to find. You will work closely with our client servicing, creative and analytics teams, and report on what is working and why.

This role is designed for marketers with 1–3 years of hands-on experience who want to grow their skills. Plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, content, email and SMS
Manage Google Business Profiles (GMB): creating and verifying listings, resolving issues and responding to reviews to strengthen local SEO
Do keyword research and optimise content and campaigns for search visibility
Set up, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns: keywords, ad copy, bids and performance tracking
Run Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns with clear audience targeting and ongoing optimisation
Work with clients and the creative team to brief and produce graphics, videos and other digital assets
Track campaign data in Excel and other tools, and prepare clear performance reports
Help plan and allocate campaign budgets
Bachelor's degree in Marketing,



Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

- 1–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with campaigns you can talk about and results you can show
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
- Positive understanding of SEO and local SEO
- Comfortable with Excel for tracking and reporting
- Experience managing Google Business Profiles (GMB) at scale, for multi-location or retail brands

Experience with email or SMS marketing platforms
Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI or similar) for copy, creative ideas and reporting
Basic design skills in Canva or similar tools
Google Ads or Google Analytics certification
