Role Description The Administration Assistant will support daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the college's office and academic activities. This full time, on-site role based in Parli includes managing correspondence, maintaining records, organizing files, and assisting with student and faculty inquiries. Responsibilities also involve handling phone calls with professional etiquette, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and supporting executive administrative tasks as needed.



The Administration Assistant will collaborate with academic and administrative staff, provide front-desk support, and help with basic clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and document distribution.

Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to manage office operations and support leadership.

Candidates should possess effective Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for interacting with students, faculty, and external stakeholders.

Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including filing, typing, data entry, and document handling.
