Lead end-to-end HR and administration for a manufacturing facility and corporate office.
Drive employee relations initiatives and maintain a positive, high-engagement work environment.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, statutory requirements, and audits.
Manage payroll, attendance, benefits administration, and HR operations.
Partner with business leaders on hiring, talent management, performance management, and workforce planning.
Oversee plant administration, vendor management, employee welfare, transport, and facilities.
Develop HR policies,



employee engagement programs, and organizational capability initiatives.
Build talent pipelines for manufacturing, engineering, and support functions.
10-12 years of HR experience with at least 8 years in a manufacturing environment.

- Experience in industries such as aerospace, defence, automotive, engineering, industrial manufacturing, or precision manufacturing.
- Strong exposure to industrial relations, labour law compliance, and shop-floor workforce management.
- Proven experience managing both white-collar and blue-collar employee populations.
- Fluency in Kannada and English is essential.
- Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
- MBA, PGDM, or MSW specializing in HR / IR / Labour Welfare preferred.
