Job Summary

TCS is hiring Team Members for its International Voice Collections process. Candidates must have prior experience in B2B or B2C international voice collections and be comfortable handling overdue invoice follow-ups, payment queries, account reconciliation and dispute resolution.

Top 5 Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound international customer calls to follow up on overdue invoices and collect outstanding payments for assigned accounts.

2. Handle customer payment and account-related queries, perform account maintenance and process payment applications.

3. Investigate and resolve invoice disputes, including pre-bills, credit rebills, invoice splitting, PO changes and payment adjustments.

4. Coordinate with internal teams such as Billing, Originations and Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely collections.

Prepare basic Excel-based reports, analyse assigned collection inventory and complete daily operational activities within defined timelines.

Mandatory Skills

- Prior experience in International Voice Collections – B2B or B2C.

- Valuable spoken and written English communication.

- Knowledge of overdue invoice follow-ups and payment collection.

- Experience handling payment queries, invoice disputes and account reconciliation.

- Basic MS Excel knowledge for reporting and analysis.

- Good problem-solving, attention to detail and stakeholder coordination.

- Comfortable working 100% from office in Gurgaon.

- Willingness to work night shifts.
