Role & responsibilities :

- Administer and support the webMethods platform including:
- Integration Server (IS)
- Universal Messaging (UM)
- My webMethods Server (MWS)
- Trading Networks (TN)
- API Gateway
- Command Central

- Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and migrate webMethods environments.
- Monitor system health, performance, and capacity planning.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Configure clusters, load balancing, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Manage SSL certificates, security configurations, and user access.
- Perform workplace setup across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
- Coordinate with development teams during deployments and releases.
- Create operational documentation and SOPs.
- Support 24x7 production environments and participate in on-call rotation.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience in Software AG webMethods Administration.
- Administration of Integration Server, Universal Messaging, and MWS.
- Installation, Upgrade, Migration, and Patch Management.
- Linux/Unix Administration.
- Shell Scripting.
- SSL Certificate Management.
- Production Support and Incident Management.
