Job Title: Accounts Payable Executive

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance background preferred)

Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive to manage end-to-end accounts payable operations, vendor payments, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The candidate should have strong experience in SAP, invoice processing, GST, TDS, and ERP-based accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and timely.
- Manage vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and process vendor payments as per agreed timelines.
- Handle GST and TDS compliance related to payables.
- Maintain accounts payable ledgers and support month-end closing activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and expense accounting.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for invoice and payment-related issues.
- Assist in internal and statutory audits.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Generate AP reports, MIS reports, and payment schedules.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Accounts Payable processes.
- Experience in Invoice Processing, Vendor Reconciliation, and Payment Processing.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Lookups, Reporting).
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in handling high-volume transactions preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience.
- Experience in manufacturing/building materials industry preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
