1. Responsible for day to day activities in the respective area as per superiors (Dept. Head/ Plant Head) instructions.

2. Preparation of P&I; diagrams and process flows as per instructions given by superiors (Dept. Head or plant head).

3. Making material balance and energy balance calculations.

4. Identification of energy saving and areas.

5. Optimization of time cycle in distillation and filtration.

6. Solvent recovery improvements in batch process.

7. Selection sizing of equipment based on the process requirement.

8. Implementation and scale up of current process, based on technology transfer document.

9. DE bottling of equipment used in production.

10. Complete handling of the product for contract manufacturing.

11. Follow the safety measures in and around the work premises to avoid accidents/incidents in coordination with EHS dept.

12. Reporting the daily activities to department head or plant head.

13. The job responsibilities are subject to change by the management on department requirements from time to time.

14. Any other job assigned by his superior.
