Summary

The Clinical Data Assiociate supports the collection, entry, and quality checking of clinical trial data, working under the Clinical Data Manager to ensure datasets are accurate, complete, and ready for analysis in line with study protocols and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and verify study data in electronic data capture (EDC) systems or case report forms (CRFs)
- Perform routine data cleaning, including identifying missing, inconsistent, or out-of-range values
- Raise and track data queries with sites and follow up on resolution
- Assist with database testing, data reconciliation (e.g., adverse event or lab data), and coding support (MedDRA, WHO-Drug)
- Maintain data management documentation and study files
- Ensure compliance with GCP, data privacy requirements,



and company SOPs
- Support database lock activities and data transfers

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, statistics, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in clinical data management or clinical research (freshers preferred)
- Basic understanding of clinical trial processes and GCP
- Robust attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Preferred

- Familiarity with EDC tools such as Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, or REDCap
- GCP or clinical data management certification
