Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Procurement Analyst to manage purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, monitor material deliveries, and support procurement activities in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems, MS Excel, purchase order management, and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze material requirements through MRP/ERP systems based on production plans.
- Create and release purchase orders as per system requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers on a daily basis regarding order status and deliveries.
- Monitor and revise purchase orders, including delivery date changes and expediting delayed orders.
- Ensure purchase orders comply with procurement policies, pricing, quantities, currencies, lot sizes, and lead times.
- Track procurement performance indicators, including on-time delivery and procurement lead time.
- Prepare reports on pending orders and procurement activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Finance.




- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and supplier delivery performance.
- Follow applicable Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Tech or a related discipline.
- 3-8 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems and purchase order processing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of material planning, logistics flows, and supply chain processes.
- Robust supplier coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take a proactive approach.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of French is an added advantage.
- VBA knowledge is desirable.
