- Identify and assess students with special educational needs and learning difficulties.
- Develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide individual and small-group academic interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement inclusive teaching strategies and classroom accommodations.
- Monitor and document students academic, behavioural, and developmental progress.
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, counsellors, and other professionals.
- Maintain student records, assessment reports, and intervention documentation.
- Promote an inclusive, supportive, and secure learning environment.
- Conduct awareness sessions for teachers and parents on special education and inclusive practices.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a school.
