Required Qualifications
- Experience in IT Service Management, Change Management, Release Management, IT Operations, or a related discipline.
- Working knowledge of ITIL Change Enablement / Change Management principles.
- Experience facilitating CAB, change reviews, operational governance meetings, or similar forums.
- Experience working with an ITSM platform such as ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of change risk, impact assessment, testing, implementation planning, rollback planning, and production validation.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use operational metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, managers, and senior leadership.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, escalations, and competing business needs
