CTC Upto 6.5 LPA

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates for our Blue-Collar Staff. It is a full-time role based out of Hyderabad. HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing and recruiting candidates via online and offline channels, updating job ads, conducting background checks and employee on-boarding.

Responsibilities

- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and Hiring Portals)
- Screen incoming application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Send job offer and answer queries about compensation and advantages
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

Qualifications:

- Candidates with experience in F&B;/QSR operations will be preferred
