Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets and expand the bank's bancassurance business.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for cross-selling life insurance products through branch banking channels.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skills.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and partners.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in area management or similar role in banking or insurance industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Solid understanding of bancassurance, branch banking, relationship management, sales activities, and team handling skills.
