Solid understanding of PRPO lifecycle, P2P workflows, and compliance checkpoints
Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic analytics)
Ability to interpret internal procurement policies and enforce channel compliance
Ability to identify incomplete PRs and drive rightfirsttime submissions
Strong communication to interact with requesters & suppliers professionally
Understanding of contract terms sufficiently to link POs correctly (no negotiation)
Workflow management expertise – identifying bottlenecks & driving clearance
Ability to troubleshoot PO errors (pricing mismatch, supplier blocks, data issues)
