Hiring Fund Accountants / Real Estate Accountants with 4+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate Fund Accounting, Property Accounting, or Fund Accounting Operations.

Hands-on experience in NAV calculation, SPV accounting, investor reporting, financial statements, bank/property reconciliations, accruals, month-end close, and audit support required. Experience with Yardi or Investran is preferred. Candidates from Citco, Alter Domus, Apex, IQ-EQ, Vistra, TMF, SS&C;, or similar fund administration firms are encouraged to apply.
