Desired Candidate Profile

- 3+ years of experience in Sales Support or related field
- Robust understanding of quotation preparation, and sales coordination processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.

Deliverables:

- Working on Sales ERP / SAP & MS Office.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders i.e sales, project team , Production & logistics, etc.
- Should be Proactive in the approach with excellent coordination skill.
- Exposure to Sales ERP is must
- To punch orders in CRM/SAP and coordinate for all billings.




- Identify any escalated or expedited orders in the system that require special handling and address these on a daily basis, any orders that may not have been successfully allocated to their respective fulfillment channel
- Prepares monthly and quarterly reports
- Supports day-to-day post-sales order transactions (e.g., credits, returns, order entry) and reporting of customer issues
- Resolves open order (backlog) report issues of low to moderate complexity and reaches out to supply chain or factory to determine source of delay
