Hiring Head HR for a Precision Manufacturing Company
Head/Lead - HR
Location: Bangalore, India
Reports to: CEO
Role Objective
To build and lead the HR function in a 55 year old manufacturing business growing at 35% CAGR for the last 4 years. The company is building an executive management team who will shape the growth, expansion and diversification over the next 10 years. The role will require managerial development of key existing employees, integration of the current executive team, formalize HR systems and processes and design and structure the people reporting systems.
Key Qualifications
- 12+ years of hands-on HR leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or plant-based environments
- Proven experience independently running Plant HR and Corporate HR functions
- Demonstrated ability to build systems from scratch and enforce them
- Comfortable operating in high-accountability, low-handholding environments
- Grounded, decisive, and capable of standing firm with senior stakeholders
