- 4+ years of overall IT experience in Salesforce, CRM, data management, or related technologies.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 / Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Data Streams, DLOs, DMOs, and data mapping.
- Practical experience with identity resolution and unified customer profiles.
- Experience with calculated insights, segmentation, and data activation.
- Knowledge of data ingestion, transformation, harmonization, and integration concepts.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating Salesforce Data 360 with CRM and external systems.
- Understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), customer data models, and data quality principles.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
