- Coordinate with logistics teams to resolve issues related to shipments and warehousing.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in the dispatch department.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry operation or a related field (e.g., logistics).
- Proficiency in using computers for data entry operations; knowledge of ERP systems an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation procedures (bill of lading, etc.).
