Job Description:
- Bring recent Channel Partners on board and maintain relationships with existing Channel Partners.
- Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the Projects.
- Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ Channel Partner expectations.
- Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ Channel Partners and Closing team
- Access, clarify and validate Channel Partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high Channel Partner satisfaction rate
- Conduct regular product training for the Channel Partner and their team
- Make sure the Leads generated are serviced within the TAT- Same day
- Coordinate for the Channel Partner pay-outs post booking
- Monthly Market & Competitor Analysis, studying the trends & new developments in the market.
Qualifications:
- 3 plus years of experience in Channel Sales catering to Real Estate/ Retail / Insurance. (Any of these industry).
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making.
- Excellent communication, and collaboration abilities.
Should be comfortable to work from office and Industry.
