Role Overview:
Responsible for managing security-related data analytics, supporting compliance audits, coordinating fire drills, and assisting with overall safety-related activities across branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analytics: Maintain and analyse security data, compliance reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Audits & Compliance: Support periodic security and safety audits, identify gaps, and track corrective actions.
- Fire & Emergency Preparedness: Schedule/Coordinate fire drills and support emergency preparedness activities across branches.
- Branch Safety: Assist in implementing security and safety protocols and monitoring compliance.
- Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare periodic reports, incidents report and coordinate with branch teams to ensure timely closure of safety and security observations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; qualifications in education, psychology, social work, human resources, or safety management would be an advantage.
- 8-10 years of experience in data analytics, School operations, child safety, quality audits.
- Positive communication, presentation, observation, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- NEBOSH / IOSH certifications would be an advantage.
