- Download weekly schedule for all parts and prepare dispatch & production plans for both in-house & outsourced parts, considering the stock at the warehouse and in-transit shipments
- Stock level optimization of Warehouses
- Daily tracking of Warehouse stock and in-transit shipment progress
- Partwise / Location-wise coverage status monitoring
- Ensuring part dispatch as per customer line requirement
- Daily communication with Customers related to delivery, production progress, and tracking status
- Zero air freight
- Coverage status monitoring and DCI compliance tracking
- Schedule fluctuation monitoring by exception report
