Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise daily injection molding production activities.
2. Allocate operators and manpower according to production requirements.
3. Monitor machine operation and production targets.
4. Ensure correct machine and process parameters are maintained.
5. Coordinate mould changeover and mould setting activities.
