We are seeking an accomplished SAP Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and drive the successful delivery of complex IT solutions. This pivotal role demands a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in IT project management, specifically within the SAP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in full-lifecycle implementations, with a particular focus on SAP MM and SD modules, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence. This position is critical for overseeing budgetary constraints, managing cross-functional teams, and leveraging advanced methodologies to deliver high-impact projects that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end project management for SAP implementations, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality standards.
- Leverage extensive hands-on configuration and functional knowledge to guide teams through three or more complete SAP lifecycle projects.
- Oversee and control project financials, including the development and management of comprehensive budgets.
- Utilize expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance to enhance system capabilities and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Apply solid technical acumen regarding the SAP FICO module suite and its integration with broader SAP landscapes, including SD, MM, and HR.
- Facilitate project execution using industry-standard tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet, while expertly navigating both Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of overall experience in IT project management, with at least 8 years dedicated specifically to SAP environments.
- Demonstrate a track record of successfully delivering 3+ full-lifecycle SAP Functional implementations, with specialized proficiency in SAP MM or SD.
- Exhibit proven capability in managing large-scale project budgets and financial resources.
- Hold advanced knowledge of the SAP FICO module suite and a comprehensive understanding of integration points across other SAP modules (SD, MM, HR).
- Display technical proficiency in project management software solutions, including MS Project and Smartsheet.
- Be well-versed in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, capable of adapting strategies to suit project requirements.
