Job Description:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for CXO, senior leadership, executive, and critical niche positions across business functions.

- Manage the complete executive search lifecycle, including requirement understanding, talent mapping, market intelligence, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

- Build robust leadership talent pipelines through industry networking, competitor mapping, targeted research, and proactive candidate engagement.

- Handle confidential and business-critical hiring mandates with discretion and professionalism.

- Drive specialized hiring across Construction, EPC, Infrastructure, Power, Renewable Energy, Digital, Engineering, Strategy, Manufacturing, and other critical business functions.

- Develop a strong understanding of industry talent pools, competitor organizations,



niche skill sets, and emerging talent trends.

- Identify and attract high-calibre professionals for strategic, technical, functional, and business leadership roles.

- Partner with Business Heads, Functional Leaders, and HR Leadership to understand business priorities, workforce requirements, succession needs, and talent gaps.

- Translate business requirements into effective recruitment strategies and hiring plans.

- Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, compensation benchmarks, and hiring recommendations to senior stakeholders.

- Drive alignment on candidate expectations, selection criteria, and hiring timelines.
