Job Overview

Our client is seeking a performance-focused Digital Marketing Executive with practical experience in SEO, paid advertising, and B2B lead generation. The role requires hands-on execution of Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and AI-powered marketing tools to drive qualified leads, improve search visibility, and optimize marketing performance. Experience in IT services, ERP, SaaS, or software marketing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns using Google Ads and Linked In Ads
- Manage search, display, and remarketing campaigns with clear ROI and CPL targets
- Design and optimize landing pages, forms, and funnels for lead conversion
- Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates

SEO & AI-Based Marketing

- Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
- Use AI-based SEO and content tools for keyword research, content optimization, and performance insights
- Optimize content using AI-driven recommendations for search intent and ranking improvement
- Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, and SEO health using advanced tools

Content & Social Media Marketing

- Coordinate creation and optimization of blogs, service pages, case studies, and landing pages




- Manage Linked In and other social platforms for brand visibility and lead generation
- Plan content calendars aligned with campaigns and SEO goals
- Use AI tools for content ideation, copy optimization, and campaign creatives

Analytics, Tools & Reporting

- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, ad platforms, and AI analytics tools
- Analyze CPL, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and optimization plans

Tools & Platforms

- Google Ads, Linked In Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics, Google Search Console
- SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
- AI-based marketing and SEO tools for automation, content, and performance optimization
- CRM and lead tracking tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and lead generation
- Proven experience running Google Ads and Linked In Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and AI-driven SEO practices
- Experience in B2B lead generation and funnel optimization
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in IT services, ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software marketing
- Knowledge of Odoo, ERP systems, or healthcare / enterprise solutions is a plus
- Basic understanding of CRO, UI/UX, and marketing automation
