About the Role:

- You play a crucial role in leading and scaling our visa fulfillment operations.

- You are responsible for managing a remote team of 30-50 contractors across our Visa Documents and Encoding departments.

- Your goal is to execute an aggressive expansion plan to increase our efficiency by 5-10x over the next two years without compromising our service standard.

What You Will Do:

- Team Leadership & Management

- Directly manage a team of 6-7 direct reports, including Team Leads, and Operations Assistant.

- Oversee and scale a department of 40-50 remote contractors.

- Identify leadership potential within the existing staff and mentor them for success.





- Coordinate workforce planning and onboard high-tier talent.

- Lead by setting clear expectations and hold the team accountable to established results and cultural values.

- Operational Excellence

- Execute an expansion plan to increase client capacity by 5-10x over the next two years.

- Supervise operational efficiency and quality monitoring for all Visa Documents and Encoding departments.

- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and QA metrics.

- Identify root causes of operational problems and propose strategic resolutions to senior leadership.

- Co-plan technology enhancements with the IT team to improve workflows.

- Process Management

- Ensure 100% compliance with established procedures by documenting and distributing standardized practices.

- Establish operational benchmarks and regularly share performance updates and project findings with stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain redundancy and catastrophe plans to mitigate risks.

- Proactively address roadblocks in the process for timely submission and delivery.

- Training & Development

- Develop comprehensive training materials for both current and improved procedures.

- Execute training plans for new and existing staff to ensure a high level of competency.

- Analyze team data to uncover opportunities and implement control to prevent recurring errors.

- Stay informed on procedural updates to ensure training programs reflect the latest company and industry standards.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in managing and leading large, high-performing teams (30+ members).

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- Capable of making smart, data-based managerial decisions and managing complex, long-term expansion projects.

- Expert-level communication and presentation proficiency, with experience interacting with overseas personnel.

- Strong planning and organizational skills.

- Capable of adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple strategic tasks simultaneously.
