1. Overall Line Responsibility (Production to Packaging):
- Start and stop machines as per operation schedule
- Perform parison controls and monitor material usage (weight distribution, regrind levels, tail lengths)
- Conduct regular visual and technical quality checks throughout the shift
- Check and record process parameters (, machine cycle time, mold cooling water temperature, process temperature)
- Weigh waste materials/lumps and document in daily reports
- Prepare machines for mold changes
- Ensure accurate production as per quantity and quality specifications
- Place rejected bottles in designated bins only
- Record packing details (pallet no., quantity, destination, etc.) in the production register
2. Immediate Reporting:
- Report any deviations in machine operations or product quality to the supervisor promptly
3. Team Support:
- Assist Machine/Shift Supervisor and Mould Change Team during mold and color changeovers
4. Workplace Discipline:
- Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping around your workstation
- Adhere strictly to all safety norms and guidelines
5. Other Duties:
- Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by management
