Job Description
Key responsibilities

- Track courier expenditure across all inbound and outbound lanes and maintain a detailed, accurate cost log.

- Analyses courier data to identify high-cost routes, redundant shipments, and underutilized contracts.

- Evaluate courier and logistics vendors based on cost, service coverage, delivery performance, and reliability, and recommend preferred partners.

- Support rate contract negotiations with courier companies, maintain agreed rate records, and monitor adherence to contracted rates and SLAs.

- Identify opportunities to consolidate shipments or shift to more economical dispatch modes while meeting delivery requirements.

- Prepare monthly reports on courier cost savings and performance metrics, including expenditure, shipment volumes, and SLA performance.

- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve shipment delays, service issues, and billing discrepancies.

- Maintain shipment, vendor, rate contract,



and performance records for accurate reporting and reference.

RequirementsRequirements

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, courier operations, dispatch, or supply chain coordination.

- Experience tracking inbound and outbound courier costs and maintaining detailed shipment records.

- Working knowledge of courier rate cards, vendor contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

- Ability to analyse shipment and cost data to identify high-cost routes, redundant shipments, and savings opportunities.

- Experience coordinating with courier vendors and internal teams to resolve delivery, service, and billing issues.
