Detailed JD:

- Coordinate end-to-end application migration and transition activities across multiple sites and business units.

- Act as the primary liaison between application teams, infrastructure teams, third-party service providers, and business stakeholders.

- Manage application onboarding, readiness assessment, deployment planning, validation, and transition activities.

- Review and maintain application documentation including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, dependency mappings, and technical inventories.

- Coordinate migration prerequisites, firewall requirements, network connectivity, server readiness, and workplace validation.

- Facilitate technical workshops and status meetings with application owners and support teams.





- Track application migration milestones, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution activities.

- Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare activities.

- Ensure migration deliverables and governance requirements are completed on schedule.

- Prepare migration status reports, readiness assessments, and executive summaries.

- Collaborate with infrastructure, engineering, security, and business teams to ensure successful migration outcomes.

- Support post-deployment validation and operational handover activities.
