Role Description The Business Development Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This intern will support the business development team in identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and assisting in lead generation activities. Daily responsibilities include maintaining prospect databases, preparing outreach materials, and contributing to pitch decks and presentations.

The intern will help coordinate follow-ups with prospective clients, support basic customer service communication, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align business development efforts with campaign goals.



The role offers hands-on exposure to the full business development cycle in a creative marketing environment.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market data and business metrics.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, with interest in prospecting, outreach, and nurturing potential client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including gathering insights on industries, competitors, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and relationship building.
- Relevant skills such as basic knowledge of sales or marketing processes, proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software), and solid organizational abilities are beneficial.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
