Nuthan Technologies LLC is a US-based IT staffing and consulting company providing skilled technology professionals to clients across the United States.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven US IT Staffing Marketing Executive to market our available IT consultants and identify suitable project opportunities in the US staffing market.
Key Responsibilities
- Market available IT consultants to US staffing vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Identify suitable contract requirements through job portals, LinkedIn, vendor networks, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US recruiters, account managers, and staffing vendors.
- Handle consultant profile submissions and coordinate interview schedules and client feedback.
- Negotiate competitive bill rates and follow up on submissions through placement.
- Maintain and expand an active database of vendors, recruiters, and client contacts.
- Work with the internal team to understand consultant skills, availability, work authorization, and project preferences.
- Track daily marketing activities, submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Develop strategies to increase consultant visibility and placement opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing Marketing / Bench Sales preferred.
- Good understanding of US staffing processes, including C2C, W2, and contract placements.
- Experience working with US staffing vendors and implementation partners.
- Familiarity with Dice, LinkedIn, and other IT staffing job portals.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and vendor relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently market consultants and generate project opportunities.
- Willingness to work or coordinate during US business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of US staffing vendors and recruiters.
- Proven track record of successful consultant placements.
