Glasafe is hiring: Influencer & UGC Marketer – Performance Ads

We’re looking for someone who can build a strong pipeline of creators and turn creator content into ads that actually perform.

What you’ll own

- Find and onboard UGC creators and content creators
- Brief creators on hooks, scripts, angles and product communication
- Manage creator negotiations, timelines and usage rights
- Coordinate 40+ creator videos every month
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team
- Track which creators and creatives are driving better CTR, CAC, CVR and ROAS
- Rework winning concepts into multiple new variations
- Build and maintain a strong creator database

What we’re looking for

- 2–4 years of experience in UGC, influencer or creator marketing
- Strong understanding of Meta ad creatives
- Valuable eye for hooks, storytelling and conversion-led content
- Strong negotiation and creator-management skills
- Comfortable with numbers and performance metrics
- D2C experience preferred
