TopBloc is a Workday boutique partner firm that provides fixed-time, fixed-price Workday deployment services and on-demand Workday support. Using our internal proprietary tool we are able to quickly implement Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials business processes and technology, letting our customers focus on their business while they gain immediate value. Once live, we also provide expertise and resources as needed to support the customer’s individual Workday solution.

We are looking for a Workday Payroll Post Production Consultant who is passionate about working in a collaborative setting and has the ambition to be a driver for success.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

- Workday Payroll Certification
- 1+ years Workday Payroll post-production support experience with a Workday partner, for customers of all sizes
- Knowledge in payroll checklists, earnings and deductions, pay groups, general ledger, costing allocations, audit alerts, approval processes, and security rules
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration




- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets to meet customer deliverables
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
- Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
- Recommended internet bandwidth of 20Mbps
- Fluent in English

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

- Work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday Payroll solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs
- Work directly with clients, solving Workday Payroll issues as they arise
- Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization
- Assist with internal initiatives, as assigned, designed to improve the team, department or company
- Occasional willingness to assist with client payroll processing on an as-needed basis.
- Utilize Workday experience and knowledge to develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level)

Physical Requirements:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
