About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Web Developer / Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of website design principles, front-end development, and responsive web design.

You will work closely with our design and development team to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites while continuously improving your technical and creative skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites.
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts.
- Convert design concepts and Figma designs into functional web pages.
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
- Ensure websites are responsive and compatible across different browsers and devices.
- Update existing websites, fix layout issues,



and troubleshoot basic technical problems.
- Optimise website performance, loading speed, and user experience.
- Collaborate with the team on website design, development, and improvement projects.
- Stay updated with the latest web design and development trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first development.
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or other design tools.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Knowledge of Bootstrap or other CSS frameworks is a plus.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Git and version control is a plus.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn current technologies and improve skills.

Experience & Education
- 0–2 years of experience in web design or front-end development.
- Freshers with relevant skills and a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or relevant certification in Computer Science, IT, Web Design, or a related field is preferred.
