Title - SRE / Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Permanent Work From Home (WFH)

Key Responsibilities:

- Windows Server administration (Active Directory, DNS, Networking).
- Hands on experience with Terraform
- Hands on experience with AWS
- Hands on experience with Powershell scripting
- Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and deployments - Octopus Deploy, CircleCI
- Experience in Monitoring (Zabbix, CloudWatch or similar) and Logging tools (Datadog or similar).

Vulnerability Management: Coordinate and execute scheduled patch cycles across Linux and Windows server fleets using AWS Systems Manager (SSM) and Qualys vulnerability scanning.

Incident Response: Troubleshoot application deployments and release runbooks (using Octopus Deploy and PowerShell scripts); participate in on-call rotations to triage PagerDuty incidents, and resolve service disruptions.

Nice to have - knowledge of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), alongside bounce rate investigations.
