Role Description The Security Professional will be responsible for monitoring, assessing, and enhancing the security posture of client environments across physical, cyber, network, and information domains. Day-to-day tasks include conducting security risk assessments, reviewing security controls, and implementing measures to protect systems, data, and facilities. The role involves developing and updating security policies, responding to incidents, coordinating with client teams to address vulnerabilities, and preparing clear documentation and reports.

Professional will collaborate closely with internal and client stakeholders to ensure compliance with security best practices and relevant standards. This is a full-time remote role, requiring proactive communication, self-management, and the ability to work effectively across different time zones.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Cybersecurity and Information Security, including threat identification, risk assessment, and implementation of security controls.
- Experience with Network Security practices, such as firewall management, intrusion detection/prevention, and secure configuration of network devices.
- Knowledge of Physical Security principles, including access control, surveillance processes, and protection of facilities and assets.
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to explain security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders and produce clear documentation.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS) and incident response procedures.
- Ability to analyze complex security issues, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote, distributed team environment.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent experience are highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or comparable professional experience in security roles.
