Your tasks

- You operate and maintain cloud based runtime environments (on-prem LLM, liteLLM, vLLM, Nvidia) on Linux, Containers and Kubernetes/OpenShift environments
- You ensure platform stability and security, including incident response and troubleshooting.
- You optimize the performance, scalability and cost-efficiency of the infrastructure.
- You collaborate closely with MLOps and IT security teams on model deployments.
- Monitor systems proactively to ensure high availability, detect incidents early and perform root cause analysis
- Analyze support tickets to identify recurring issues and implement improvements that reduce manual support effort
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and internal applications using Python and Bash to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
- Support release and change management activities in line with internal processes and guidelines
- Create and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides and operational guidelines
- Contribute to business continuity management and disaster recovery activities
- Collaborate with international teams and support colleagues in solving technical issues and adopting new technologies

Your qualifications
- You hold a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, AI or a related field and want to build AI services that makes a real difference.
- You understand modern AI application architectures as well as platform security, access models and the governance considerations of operating AI systems responsibly.
- You work in a structured and reliable way, with strong problem-solving skills and a high sense of ownership.
- You stay resilient under pressure and collaborate closely with MLOps and IT security as a strong team player.
- Several years of professional experience in application operations, Dev(Sec)Ops or system administration
- Strong knowledge of Linux server administration and experience with containers and Kubernetes/OpenShift environments
- Understanding of web infrastructure, TCP/IP networking and system performance analysis




- You bring practical knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and configuration management (with Python, Bash and Ansible)
- Familiarity with Jira, agile ways of working, ITSM processes and ideally the ITIL framework
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile. German language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to take occasional business trips to Munich or other India locations if required
