We are looking for an experienced HR & Onboarding Specialist with strong expertise in US staffing operations, onboarding coordination, and compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and scale end-to-end onboarding frameworks capable of managing multiple concurrent departmental activities and supporting rapid internal hiring demands.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for US consultants and employees.
- Handle onboarding paperwork, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate tax-related documentation, including W-4, I-9, and other applicable forms.
- Manage C2C, W2, and 1099 onboarding processes and documentation.
- Coordinate background verification, offer documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain strong coordination with consultants, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Maintain onboarding trackers, MIS reports, and daily/weekly status reports.




- Build and maintain a strong professional network within the US staffing industry.
- Work closely with recruitment teams to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely onboarding and fulfillment.
- Support the team and contribute to smooth staffing operations and timely closure of hiring needs.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in US staffing HR and onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of US onboarding procedures, paperwork, and tax documentation.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Strong understanding of US staffing models and compliance documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding activities and support recruitment teams effectively.
- Robust industry network and excellent team collaboration skills.
