Role Description The Head of Marketing at Connection Point will lead the overall marketing strategy and execution to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth. This full-time, on-site role in Chennai involves developing and implementing integrated marketing plans, managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and overseeing market positioning for residential and commercial offerings. The role includes conducting market and competitor analysis, collaborating closely with sales teams, guiding public relations activities, and ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.





The Head of Marketing will also manage marketing budgets, supervise team members, measure campaign performance, and regularly report on key metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management to design and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Experience in Sales to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and support lead generation.
- Capabilities in Public Relations to manage brand reputation and external communications.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in real estate or related industries.
