- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Assist in the documentation and communication of application design specifications.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve application functionality and user experience.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in UKG Pro.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical software solutions.
- Experience in application design and requirement analysis.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team workplace.
- Good communication skills to facilitate clear understanding between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
