Phinite runs in customers’ own environments - cloud or on-premises - on approved models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or custom models, with SOC 2 Type II compliance. Applicants will join a company focused on operational excellence, security, and impact in AI deployment at scale.

THE ROLE

You'll turn customer problems into working agents. You'll scope the use case with the customer, design the agent graph, connect it to the tools they already use, test it, and make sure it moves the number it was built for. You stitch agents together. You don't build backend systems from scratch.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Sit with customer and partner teams to map a process and find where an agent helps




- Build multi-agent workflows in Agent Graph Studio, using Aura to draft and you to refine
- Connect agents to channels and tools like Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, Jira and APIs
- Test agents on real scenarios before they go live, and fix what breaks
- Explain to customers what the agent does, and report what it changed

WHO YOU ARE

- 2+ years building automations, AI workflows or customer-facing technical solutions
- You've built with tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, Lindy, Relevance AI or similar
- You understand prompts, tools, APIs and webhooks well enough to wire things together
- You've worked directly with customers, and can turn a non-technical person's process into a working flow
- Light scripting (Python or JavaScript) is a plus, not a must THE TASK
