Position Summary:

To help drive this next chapter, we're seeking a Staff Software Engineer to serve as a Release Train Engineer within our Digital Services and Support organization. This role coordinates release-train activities and supports structured delivery across teams within the existing customer lifecycle portfolio.

The ideal candidate combines strong release-train coordination experience, cross-team facilitation skills, and a commitment to transparent, reliable delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

Release Train Leadership:

- Coordinate release-train planning, execution, and delivery activities.
- Facilitate alignment across participating teams and stakeholders.
- Track dependencies, risks, impediments, and delivery commitments.
- Support clear communication and decision-making across the release train.

Technology & Delivery:

- Promote consistent planning and execution practices.
- Support release readiness, delivery visibility, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment.

Continuous Improvement:

- Use delivery insights to identify process improvements.
- Encourage collaboration, accountability, and knowledge sharing.
- Support predictable outcomes across complex, cross-team initiatives

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

- 6-8 years of experience supporting software delivery, release management, Agile delivery, or related technology programs.
- Experience serving as a Release Train Engineer or coordinating multi-team delivery.
- Robust facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Required Technical Skills:

- Release Train Engineering Dev Ops & Environment Observability

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering or equivalent
