Process Executive - Site Operations
Location : Ponmar, Chennai Employment Type : Full time (Permanent) Joining : Immediate joiners preferred
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the project site
- Maintain customer records and update lead status in CRM
- Coordinate with presales and sales teams for smooth customer experience
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English (spoken and written)
- CRM knowledge :
- Experience in Real Estate / Site Operations :
- Strong customer handling skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to join immediately
- Work Location : In person
Job Type : Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
